OUR HERITAGE 

La Lucia Mall was the very first shopping centre of its kind in KwaZulu-Natal, opening our doors for trading in 1974.  To date, the centre has undergone four extensions and refurbishments, keeping pace with the rapid growth of the La Lucia / Umhlanga Ridge areas to provide an exclusive shopping destination for our local communities and tourists alike.

SERVICES 
 

Security guards patrol the centre 24 hours aday.	All La Lucia Mall washrooms include baby-changing stations.	All your La Lucia Mall questions answered at the Customer Care desk on the lower level.
Designated parking bays close to centre entrances also available for: Disabled Shoppers Pensioners and the elderly Parents with prams Please collect your parking display discs from the Customer Care desk.	Three wheelchairs are available for use from the Customer Care desk, at no charge. Please ask for assistance.	La Lucia Mall gift   cards are available from the Customer Care desk on the lower level, in the denomination of your choice over R50, to a max of R2500 on one card, and are valid at all stores in the centre.
In the event of a medical emergency, please contact the Customer Care desk who will assist in contacting paramedics.	1750 free outdoor parking bays available.744 paid secure undercover parking bays also available.Free 1/2hr undercover parking for Pick n Pay customers.Free 1hr undercover parking for Dis-Chem customers.
